Step 1 – Advanced Scalp Evaluation
Your journey begins with a detailed scalp assessment to identify your scalp condition, imbalances and specific needs.
This allows us to personalise every product, technique and technology used throughout the treatment.
Step 2 – Welcome Ritual & Aromatherapy
You’ll be welcomed with a calming aromatherapy experience and a welcome drink, designed to relax your nervous system and prepare your body and mind for the treatment.
Step 3 – Neck & Tension Release Massage
A deep neck massage is performed to release built-up tension.
This step combines manual massage techniques with a heated massage device, helping to loosen tight muscles, improve circulation and promote deep relaxation.
Step 4 – Microcurrent & Heated Relaxation
Relaxation continues with microcurrent therapy combined with a massage heater, supporting muscle relaxation, circulation and nervous system balance.
Step 5 – Hot Towel Wrap
A warm hot towel wrap is applied to enhance relaxation, stimulate circulation and prepare the scalp to better receive the upcoming treatments.
Step 6 – Scalp Mist Activation
A therapeutic scalp mist is gently applied to help open the pores, allowing the scalp to fully receive and absorb the active treatments.

You are guided to the spa bed, where your hair and scalp are gently cleansed, receiving the double shampoo, a deep detox with our multifunctional scrub that is powered by lactobacillus ferment, Vitamin B3, infused with rosemary & peppermint essential oils
A targeted scalp and hair treatment is applied, followed by the signature waterfall experience, allowing warm water to flow softly over the hair and forehead.

Step 12 – Final Rinse
The hair is rinsed, and you return to the chair.
Step 13 -Tonic Infusion
A personalised tonic spray is applied according to your scalp needs.
The "T" Stick is used to support infusion and maximise absorption.
Step 14 -Re-diagnosis
A re-diagnosis of the scalp is performed to observe immediate changes and results.
Step 15 – Finishing & Light Therapy
Hair is finished with a towel dry.
A blow-dry is available as an optional add-on if a full styling is desired.
The treatment concludes with laser or LED therapy, selected according to your scalp condition, to support regeneration, circulation and scalp health.
